USA Dance (formerly United States Amateur
Ballroom Dancers Association) is the dance
organization for all dancers!  We invite you to
enjoy ballroom dancing at all levels - as an art
form, a lifetime recreational activity and an
Olympic sport.  We believe that dancing feeds the
soul and brings together people in wonderful social
gatherings that foster health, skill and fun!  

 Come join us for fun and friendship!

We welcome beginner dancers and will help you get started in ballroom dancing with our low cost beginner lessons taught by local professional instructors, and will also provide information about local studios and instructors that provide group and individual instruction. 

Our local chapter covers the New Orleans, Baton Rouge and Houma areas and much of Southeast Louisiana.  We have monthly social dances that include a half-hour complimentary group dance lesson with admission.  We publish a monthly newsletter and also sponsor annual DanceSport competitions.
